Week 5/104

Things that happened this week,

I was sick for a bit but 12 cups of tea later I was feeling a lot better.

Adding a little bit of lime juice to watermelon is actually really good!

I've started to teach some of the Latinos how to play touch rugby and hopefully in a few days they will understand how to play. It's pretty difficult to teach them because all of my Spanish right now is all religious words.

Saturday I went outside of the CCM and proselyted (talked to people on the street and knocked on doors to share about the gospel). The area we went to was quite poor. Some of the houses were just wooden shacks. The people were very humble and listened to what we had to say. They speak very quietly and with a little bit of a mumble so it's really hard to understand them.   pero esta bien. We handed out pass along cards to everyone we talked to with. They had questions on them like por qué estoy aquí en la tierra? (why am I here on the earth?). If this is a question you have, or wondered about, I would encourage you to email me or find some LDS missionaries.

Take care every one and I miss you all very much,

Elder Porowski
